    Jocelynne has been a dedicated solicitor since her admission in March 2007 and has proudly served as a Partner at ACS Legal Solutions since 2012.

    With a no-nonsense, results-driven approach to law, Jocelynne is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients efficiently and pragmatically. Her extensive experience spans multiple legal areas, including family law, estate administration, wills and estate planning, commercial leasing, partnership disputes, and governance matters.

    Beyond her legal expertise, Jocelynne’s active involvement in the community—such as her role as former Chair at Logan Country Community Bank—reflects her dedication to helping others.     Melissa Buchanan

    LLB. – Principal Director

      Melissa brings extensive legal expertise and a client-focused approach to the firm. Admitted as a solicitor in 2018, she has experience across a broad range of legal areas, including family law, wills and estate planning, property law, commercial and retail shop leasing, franchising, residential and commercial conveyancing in both Queensland and New South Wales, property development, business advice, and partnership disputes.

      Melissa has been an integral part of ACS Legal Solutions since 1997. She began her career as a paralegal before completing her law degree, bringing decades of experience and dedication to the role. Her long-standing commitment to the firm and its clients is evident in her practical, solution-oriented approach, delivering tailored legal guidance that meets each client’s unique needs.
